  	On Mar 1724/25 John Groves and Margaret his wife petition concerning the plantation owned by her father, George Esdall dec'd. The said land decended to the said Margaret as heir. The admr Charles Floyd was allowed to have the use & benefit of the plantation until some person should be qualified to take over and deliver it in good repair to whom it should belong. The said Charles died and since his death John Floyd, admr of Elizabeth Floyd who was admr of the said Charles, has been in possession and has received the benefits. Yet he refuses to put it in good order and will not deliver it to the said Margaret to whom the plantation belongs. The petitioners ask the Court to summons the said John to answer to the above. Case referred to arbitration and dismissed.
