The said cow being in different between the said Mr. Henry Bagwell and Mr. Peter Walker.

Scarburgh is shown as a debtor 5 Dec 1649 and as a creditor Aug 1651. The creditor list includes Mr. Bagwell 4 pairs of shoes for 2 hides. Scarburgh and Strangridge signed the documents in Oct 1651.

On that day she petitioned for and received from the Accawmack County court 200 acres due for her own transportation and for that of her son Thomas Stratton and two servants John Walthum and John Crowder. At the same court she disposed of this land by deeding 100 acres each to Thomas Stratton and to a daughter Mary Chilcott.
