Wm Andrews & willing to dispose of them before she departed hence requested her husband to treat with some of her friends whom she nominated about taking her children until they attain lawful age, that is to say Lt. Col. Jno. Stringer, Capt. Wm Andrews & Mr. Tho Harmanson whom Wm Smart by authority power & full consent of his wife fully agreed to & with said Lt. Col. Jno. Stringer to take into his care Mary Andrews the daughter of his wife & Capt. Wm Andrews, Jno Andrews & Andrew Andrews sons of Mary Andrews dec'd. Mr. Tho Harmason to take Anne Andrews youngest daughter of Mary and said Jno Stringer, Wm. Andrews and Tho Harmanson to bind themselve to find the children good meat, drink & lodging & also decent apparrel with free education of schooling until they attain lawful age.
