  	To my 7 sons Richard, William, Joseph, Benjamin; Henry, Roger & John Hickman 1000 acres to be equally divided between them, eldest son Richard to have first choice & the rest as they come to age. 3 daughters (no names), To godson William Heubanck, Wife Exec. until my son John comes to age then he to join with her as my Ex'r. Roger Ternon & John Wheeler to see my will performed. Witt: Rodger Ternan, John Wheeler. (NOTE: The following full will was provided by Dean Hickman.) "The last will and testament of William Hickman being sick and weak in body but in perfect mind and memorie do therefore order my estate as follows; I do give and bequeath to my seven sons one thousand acres of land to be equally divided among them. My oldest son having the first choice and the rest as they come to age to demand their acres them and their sons lawfully begotten of his body that is to say my son Richard to have his part______ branch against my nowPlantacon and William my son to have his part at the northeast corner. My two sons Joseph and Benjamin to have their part joyning to Francis Wharton his land, my son Henry have his part at the head of the back branch on the north _____. My son Roger to have his part at the corner _______by white marsh and my son John to have his part where my now Plantacon is. I do also order and give to my three daughters fifty acres of land for their property to plant on during their single life or a steward if there be a great occasion but not any of their husbands to _________ or plant thereon, the said fifty acres to be taken out of the aforesaid thousand lying and joyning conveniently to my son John his part and as, they my daughters come to eighteen years of age each of them to surrender their right of the said fifty acres of land to my son John to whom I give it to him and his heirs forever and for my wife to live on my now plantacon during her life. I give to my son John two cows and cow calfs and give one yearling heifer one pot and a gund. I do give to my son Roger one cows and cow calfe one two year old heifer and one yearling heifer and rest of my children. Till John and Roger come to the age of one and twenty years I do also give to my wife and five sons that is to say William, Richard, Henry, Joseph and Benjamin and three daughters all the rest of my stock of cattle to run in a joynt flock and as each son comes to the age of tent one years to have his part and my daughters when they reach to eighteen years of age. I do also give out of the said stock one cow calf to my Godson Wm. Heubanck to be delivered two days after this date. I do give to my son John one young mare and as the mare ____ to put the rest of my children in stock. I do also give to my wife whom I do appoint to be my full and whole Executor that is to say to her and my children as a joynt stock fifteen head of sheep and as each child come to age as aforesaid to have their equal part and if any of my sons to die in their minority or without lawful heirs of their body begotton them his or part to fall to my two sons Joseph and Benjamin and if either of them ______ _______ ______ be his _________. I do also give to my son John my horse called Dick and my other horse to my wife. I do give and bequest to my son John one hand mill provided all the rest of my children ___________ shall have liberty to grind thereat. I do also give my son John one wedgie and what carpenter __________the rest of my children to have the use of them when they have in need and if my son John should die in his minority that then my son William shall succeed him with all the rights and privileges that by this my will I given him and to ______ all the rest of my land. I do give to my son William one Gund. I do also give my son John one great _____but not to be _____ until he come to full age and if my wife should remarry and that if any of my children should not like _____that they may if they think best choose their guardian when they come to fourteen years of age and I would appoint Roger Ecman and John Wheller as my to friends to see that my will is __________.
