Anne Bayly was heir-at-law at probate.

To wife Sarah use of whole estate until my son John Drummond comes to the age of 21 years & then she to have 1/3 of my Manner Plantation & 1/3 of my Messongoe lands, being 250 acres & after my son John comes to age wife to have the use of all my lands hereafter devised to my son George & all the slaves which I shall bequeath to my son John until my son George attains the age of 21 years, & after that time to have 1/3 of my lands & slaves & a child's part of my personal estate & should my wife marry before my son George becomes 21 then to have what the law allows her. To son John my Mannor plantation where I now live containing 521 acres & the tract of land in Massongo Swamp supposed to containing 250 acres, slaves, &c. To son George plantation at Pocomoko containing 400 acres with the mills thereto belonging & the remainder of my Messongo lands containing 500 acres on the North side of Persimaon Gut adjcent Spencer & George Drummond's lands, negroes, &c. To daughters Elizabeth & Sally Drummond the residue of my slaves & their increase when my daughter Elizabeth attains the age of 21 years or marriage. Should all my children die without issue in the lifetime of Tabitha, the daughter of my brother in law James Henry, I devise in that case my Manor plantation where I live which came by the said Tabitha's Aunt, my first wife, unto the said Tabitha & her heirs, & should all my children die without issue in the lifetime of my brother Spencer Drummond's sons Charles & Richard, or the lifetime of either of them, in that case I give all the residue of my lands beside the Manor plantation to the said Charles & Richard Drummond. To my 2 daughters aforesaid all my right, title & interest to lands & houses in the Town of Snow Hill. Bal. of estate to be divided between my children aforesaid. Son John Drummond & brother in law James Henry Exrs. Witt: William Williams, John Montgomery, William Underhill, Littleton Townsend.

  	It was on this date that his will was probated. John Montgomery & Littleton Townsend, two of the witnesses since deceased. It was brought out in a land cause that William and his two sons John & George Drummond drowned together and his share of the land descended to the defendants Elizabeth and her sister Sarah and that part of the said 1,500 acres conveyed to him was allotted to the said Elizabeth.
