- Margaret E.S. Bundick inherited Goshen and Seaview farms from her grandfather, John D. Parks, when he died testate in 1877 (Acc Co Wills, 1846-1882, p. 564). Both of these farms were a part of the original Richard Bundick patent in Parkers Neck (Whitelaw, p. 1135). Margaret wrote her will on 24 November 1914 and it was probated on 4 January 1934. She had no children but had raised her half brother and sisters. She left her land to her four Byrd nephews, children of her sister, Mary Virginia Bundick Byrd. She directed that her executor place an iron railing "around my family burying ground on the John A. Bundick Farm near Metompkin and also to place tombstones to the unmarked graves of my relatives who are buried therein - not to exceed $500." She left "to my sister, Annie J. Wright, wife of W. T. Wright, all that part of the John A. Bundick farm situated near Metompkin on which the main settlement of said farm is located," lying to the eastward and northeast of the western side of the burying ground, starting at the county road. she also left this sister her wardrobe, her trunk and its contents, and her jewelry. She named two nieces as Helen Wright and Annie Eggers (Acc Co Wills, Book 22, p. 450).
