  	A deed of gift from William Groten to my wife's son Jno Dix one two year old heifer and her increase to him and his heirs forever and to my wife's daughter Mary Dix I give one two year old heifer and her increase to her heirs forever and to my wife's daughter Lucretia Dix I give one two year old heifer and her increase to her and her heirs forever and to all ye children my on __?__ all I give to each of them one ewe and a ewe lamb and their increase to them and their heirs forever. The said sheep and cows delivered to ye children as they attain to age by their father's will and to ye two girls which has the feather bed left them by their father's will I give to them furniture to ye said bed and further I give to John Dix my wife's son as many feathers as will fill a bed and boult of ticking which was left to him by his father's will provided that the said John Dix when he comes to age will oblige himself to give to his brother Isaac Dix one new bead and boult of ticking when he the said Isaac comes to age and to ye free performance of all and every promise above written.
