In case she should not have a lawful heir of her body I give the estate to my nieces Polly Thomas and Betsey Thomas the daughters of Harrison Thomas and Betsey his wife. I appoint my brother Harrison Thomas my executor. Signed with her mark, Bridget Dixon. Witnesses: James Lewis and John Thomas.

- In his will Harrison Thomas gave and bequeathed unto my son John Thomas all my lands lying southerly and westerly of a strait line running from the south corner of the lands of John Dowty's heirs to the north corner of Kendall Richardson's land to him and his heirs forever. To my son Elijah Thomas the remainder of my land lying north of the aforesaid line to receive when he shall arrive to the age of twenty two years the use of which I give unto my loving wife Elizabeth Thomas until my son Elijah shall arrive to the age of twenty two years. I give unto my loving wife Elizabeth Thomas my Negroes Bridget, Isaac and Mathew during her natural life and then to be equally divided between my son Leavin Thomas and my daughters Nancy, Polley and Betsey. I give and bequeath unto my son Leavin Thomas and my three daughters Nancy, Polley and Betsey all the remainder of my estate. I do nominate and appoint my loving wife and my son John Thomas my executrix and executor. Signed, Harrison Thomas. Witnesses: Thomas Dowty, John T. Belote and Rickards Dunton.
