The said George Merrill departed this life intestate, on or about the 11th day of May 18___ and at the time of his death was seized and possessed in fee simple of considerable real estate, viz a certain tract or parcel of land known as and called Merrill land, and adjoining the lands of Wm Feddeman and others." She had sold land to Francis D. Miller 1842 and now wanted price of her dower. Court sided with Miller, that he had already paid for all her rights.
