  	Mrs. Byrd Mrs. Ercel Virginia Byrd, 65, 433 Lee Hampton, died Thursday at her home. She was a lifelong resident of Hampton and had been employed for more than 25 years by the City of Hampton where she served as chief clerk for the Division of Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Hampton Fire Department. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Barbara B. Sparrow of Hampton; a sister, Mrs. Helen Parks of Baltimore, two brothers, James H. Selby Jr. and Lloyd H. Selby, both of Hampton, and three grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home by Bishop John B. Bentley. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
