- Hiram S. Lang
TEMPERANCEVILLE - A graveside service is to be held in the Greenwood Cemetery here at 3 p.m. today for Hiram S. Lang, 66, a farmer of Temperanceville, who died Monday night in the Peninsula General Hospital following a prolonged heart condition. The Rev. Herbert Hall, pastor of the Hallwood Methodist Church, will officiate.
Mr. Lang was a member of the Hallwood Church, active until his latest heart attack which resulted in his death.
Survivors include his widow. Mrs. Mattie Lang; a daughter, Mrs. Dewey Lee of Salisbury; and three grandchildren. Also surviving are four brothers: Frank, Harry, and Norman of Temperance ville. and Clyde of Assawoman, Va. A sister, Mrs. J. N. Tull lives in Hallwood, Va.
