  	Harry Eugene Marshall, 77, of Orrville was a member of a Dallas County family of wealth and influence. He was born in Hazen. During his active years he had been in the forefront of matters for the good of the community of Orrville. He served for some 30 years as a trustee of Orrville High School and a like period as a member of the Town Council. Mr. Marshall was engaged for 50 years in the mercantile business. In 1933 he was offered the postmastership which he accepted, continuing in that capacity until his complete retirement in 1952. Surviving are wife, Mrs. Mary Barnes Marshall; one son, Lt. Col. Albert Marshall, stationed in Lima, Peru, at the US Embassy, and two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Draughon, Auburn, and Mrs. Jack Kellberg, Knoxville. (The Selma Times-Journal, Selma, AL, Thur. 13 Nov 1968)
