  	Man Dies On Street Here From Heart Attack - Harvey E. Wise, 59, father of an Army Air Corps flight officer was stricken with a heart attack and died at the corner of Camden and Winder St. late yesterday as he was walking to his home at 216 West Monticello Ave. Dr. L.A. Rademaker, Wicomico County medical examiner who was called by Citv Police, reported death due to natural causes shortly after 10 p.m. Funeral services for the veteran Pennsylvania Railroad crossing attendant at the East Church St. crossing here are being delayed pending notification of his son, Flight Officer Harvey E. Wise, Jr. stationed at Merced Army Air Base, Calif. He is also survived by his wife. Hertie B. Wise, and a daughter, Miss Nancy Wise of the Monticello Ave. address and the following children: Mrs. Walter J. Broadwater, Newport News, Va., Mrs.W.R. Sharpe, Wilmington, Mrs. John W. McGrath. Baltimore. Four grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. He leaves the following brothers and sisters; John Wise, Cape Charles, Va., Charlie Wise. Onancock. Va., Welter R.
