- Paul Cella was an attorney and the first city magistrate, who served from 1931 to 1951. After his retirement he worked at his private practice as a partner in Cella & Hochull law firm. He attended University of Arizona. He quit school to enlist in the 10th Cavalry US Army at Ft. Huachuca in 1924. After the Army, he returned to school and received his law degree from Cumberland University. He was former President of the Pima County Bar Association and helped organize the Tucson Junior Chamber of Commerce. He was survived by his wife, Florence, a son and two grandchildren.
