  	George Stewart sold 142 acres of the Daniel Walker part of this tract to John Pettit, and the next year he was joined by a Sturgis and Leah Benston in a sale to William Marshall. The next year Marshall left to his daughter Famey and in 1801 John and Euphamy Ward of Worcester sold to William Welburn as 134 acres by survey, which placed it as east of the Hargis piece.
