  	In his will Nathaniel Ashcom gave to wife Mary, Extrx, 220 acres of "Ashcom's Purchase," on Hungary River, Dorchester Co.; 150 Acres of "Ashcom's Outlet;" 50 acrs of "Ashcom's Enclosure;" and "Point Patience" during widowhood. To son Nathaniel and heirs, "Point Patience" aforesaid at death or marriage of his mother; also part of testator's portion of tract "Deserts" taken up together with Benjamin Lawrence and brother Samuel Ashcom. To son John and heirs, "Ashcom's Purchase" at death of his mother and residue of testator's share of "Deserts." To daughters Mary and Eliza: personalty. In event of death of said Nathaniel and John without issue, 2 daughters aforesaid to inherit their estate. To Mordecai Moore, Paul Kirbe, Thomas Spencer, personalty. Brother Charles to be joint Extr. with wife aforesaid. Witt: Thos. Leake, Geo. Gamball, Jno. Henning, Wm. Goadin & Bridget Evans.
