  	It is ordered that Susan Whitehead, formerly the wife of Edw: Neale, must make it appear by her husband’s account at the next court held at Henry's Fields, how Mrs. Ann Carlton is satisfied a debt of 500 lb of tobacco & caske, due by bill unto Rich Jacob & assigned over by the said Jacob to the said Mrs. Ann Charlton and in case she fail, then it is the judgment of the court that she be liable to satisfy the debt if ever she were or did invest herself with any of the estate of dec'd husband, but not with standing she is required to make her appearance as above said for to clearing premises and also Mrs. Ann Charlton be ordered to bring in her accounts to shows if she is not satisfied the aforesaid debt.

Harmanson, aged about 27 years, sworne in open court that in the lifetime of Edw: Neal, he told the deponent his service to Mrs. Ann Charton was to satisfy a bill due to Rich Jacob in the first place & after the said Edw: Neal was dead, the widow of the said Neal desired me to go unto her to demand of her some poultry of hers left in the mill and satisfaction for the remainder of her husbands service, who told the deponent there was nothing due to him for the the stoale meat and other things.
