To wife Mary Pool during her life the house & lot whereon I now live with the apple orchard & the 2 acre lot over the road whereon the stable stands & the privilege of getting firewood from my Justice land as long as she remains my widow. To son Warren W. Pool my land known as the 5 acre lot & the Buniore lot & the Emberson land that I bought of Mrs. T. Watson provided he pay my 2 daughters Athelia W. Pool & Cornelia C. Pool $100 each as soon as he arrives at age 22 or pay interest on the same. I give the land I bought of William Justice called the Justice land to my 2 daughters Athelia W. Pool & Cornelia C. Pool.
