  	Upon the petition of Robert Hambleton, it is the judgement of the court and accordingly ordered that Benjamin, the son of Vrinson Foster dec'd (whom the said Hamiltons wife nursed and hath been kept over since by him till almost 5 years of age) continue and remain with the said Hamilton till 21 years of age according to act unless the court find cause to the contrary in the meantime, and that the said Hamilton take such estate as belongs to the said child giving bond with security to be responsible for the same.
