In case my said daughter Susanna should die under lawful age and without issue I then give all that I here give her unto my brother Robert Rogers' children. I desire that my wife have the use of one half of my still and the appurtenances during her life to distill her own liquor in and that the said still may be set up on my land if she should think proper.
