John Williams in 176- by his petition to the Orphans Court praying to appoint 5 substantial freeholders to divide the premisses, which was granted and who made a return that the premises would not bear a division, on 16 Dec 1763 Court appointed Thomas Clark esqr, William Rhodes and Zachariah Goforth, who valued the same at 17 shillings, 6 pence per a., Mark Manlove being the eldest brother accepted the several lotts and shares.7 |
