Coxon, who is the son of the lessor of the plaintiff, by her deceased husband William H. Coxon, to whom the lessor of the plaintiff had been married after the death of her first husband, Tobias Bull, and said Scarburgh left no other brother nor sister nor any descendant of a brother or sister; that upon the death of the said Bridget Bull, the guardian of the said Scarburgh Bull entered upon the lands in the declaration mentioned and held the same until the death of the said Scarburgh Bull &c. 18 Oct. 1820.3 |
