He had worked for many years as a waterman. He is survived by 3 sons, Keth Marshall Sr. and his wife, Sonia, of Stockton, Wayne Marshall Jr. and his wife Billie Joe, of Stockton, and Shawn Marshall of Salisbury; 2 daughters Joni Yoder of New Church and Katrina Jenkins and her husband Jock, of Saluda, VA; one brother Bruce Marshall and his wife Heather of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 2 nieces and on nephew; and his beloved companion Dorothy Robinson. A memorial service will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Burbage Funeral Home in Snow Hill.1,3 |

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 7th at 2:00 PM from the Thornton Funeral Home in Parksley, VA with Pastor Freddie Ward and Wayne Hart officiating.
