Savage dec'd - That a certain Nathaniel Savage, late of this County, being in his lifetime and at the time of his death, seized and possessed in fee simple of a plantation and tract of land in this County containing 150 acres, more or less, and being so thereof seized duly made and published his last will and testament in writting, and shortly after departed this life ---- which said will was proved in this Court at December, 1818, admitted to record; That after sundry bequests he devised one third of the remainder of his estate to this wife, who is you oratrix Margaret, and the balance to be divided equally between his brothers and sisters, then living and his brother, George Savage's heirs ----- that of the estate so devised to be divided consisted of the aforesaid tract of land, and also five negro slaves, &c. ------- John C.
