Burton. Negroes Abel, Solomon & Sabra his wife to be free on the condition now prescribed by law, otherwise the said Negroes shall be at liberty to serve which of my children they please. To friend William Bagwell & to my son Thomas Bagwell in trust for the use of my daughter Sarah P. Burton & her children, that tract of land on which John B. Burton now resides & the residue of that tract of land which I purchased of John M. Poulson of which I devised to my son Thomas & daughter Margaret 20 acres each, the residue to be about 100 acres.
