At her death I desire that all my estate may be disposed of in the following manner; The plantation on which I now live containing by estimation two hundred & fifty acres it being the land which I purchased of Matthew Guy including a piece of land lying in a swamp bordering on the lands of John Eyre, Wm Scott & others, I give to my brother Littleton Kendall. The plantation which I purchased of Henry Guy containing by estimation one hundred and seventy five acres I give to Custis Kendall Junr son of John Kendall. I desire that at my wife's death the Negro woman Peg & all her children now in existence or that may be hereafter born should be equally divided between my nephews George & James Kendall. All the other property not before given which may remain at my wife's death I desire may be equally divided among my brother Littleton Kendall, my nephews John & Henry Kendall & my niece Elizabeth B.
