Ward on Bulls Neck and 50 acres of that I bought of Amus Jonsin & Simson up North River. I give to my daughter Thamer 50 acres of the land I took up back of the road lying out back on the Straits. I give to my son Levi 50 acres of that same patent land. I give to my son Culpepper 50 acres of that same patent land. I give to my two sons Wm & Elijah 25 acres each of them out of the same patent. I give to my son Ralph 20 acres of that land I bought from Amus Jonsin (-----) Simson. I give to my son Micajah 20 acres of that same deed I had from Simson & Johnson. I give to my son Wm Pigot 30 acres of that same deed I had from Johnson & Simson. I give to my son Jeconias that land I bought from Robert Wallis. I give to my two sons Joseph & Abraham that land I bought from Adam Wallis and give that 50 acres I entered on North River. I give to my sons Wm, Cull, Ralph, Micajah, Jeconias, Joseph & Abraham to be equally divided among them all. I give to my two daughters Lishey and Sevil the one half of that land I had from Col. Ward, likewise I give them two daughters 50 acres of that land I entered at the Straits if that quantity should be found after the rest having their parts. I give Lishey & Sevil & Joseph & Abraham each of them one cow and calf likewise I desire that Samson should be hired out as long as till his hire shall school Lishey half on year & Sivel one whole year and to Joseph and Abraham one year and a half each of them. My desire is that my wife Cevil Pigot should have the use of what land I bought from John Nelson and Adam Wallis during her widowhood and the use of all the rest of my estate that is not here given away and at her death or marriage which ever should happen first, then whatever should be left to be equally divided among all my children. I leave my wife Cevil Pigot and my sons Wm Pigot, Culpeper Pigot, Levy Pigot and Elijah Pigot executors to my estate. Signed 18 November 1788 by Elijah Pigot.
