Phillips, June 26 1673) (Eastern side Choptank River) containing one hundred and twenty five acres of land and also part of a tract or parcel of land called Little Worth lying in Caroline County and state of Maryland beginning from that part given and devised to my son Beachamp Stanton at a marker white oak standing on the south side of a branch called Marshy Prong and from there runs North fifty degrees East twenty two perches then south seventy six degrees and thirty minits East fifty six perches then North to the line of Coveys Lott, then with that line revised until it intersects with the said land called Little Worth then with the line or lines of said land called Little Worth to the first beginning aforesaid with all the fence that is on the south side of said branch called Marshy Prong unto my son Beachum Stanton his heirs and assigns forever with this express proviso and not otherwise, that is to say that my son Beachum Stanton pay or cause to be paid unto my son James Stanton, his heirs or assigns the sum of thirty shillings per acre for any acre of land that shall appear to lye within the lines of the land called Little Worth that is the lines above mentioned being only a part of said land supposed to contain about fifty acres of land and also submit to the power and authority of my Trustee or Trustees hereinafter mentioned that then the above mentioned lands and premises to be the right and property of my son Beachum Stanton, his heirs and assigns forever.
