Whereupon the Said Mathias Benston is ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Mathias Benston with Wm. Benston and Wm. Smith his Securitys all present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Riley Slocum in the Sum of thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Mathias Benston do not during the term afd.
