Marie expressed her wish for the Saengerbund to sing at the service for her mother on Saturday, March 7. Your orator further charges that said William H. To the end therefore that your orator may have a decree for a sale of the said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay your orator's preference debt and such other debts as may remain unpaid from the personal estate and that your orator may have such other and further relief as his case may require. May it please your Honor to grant unto your orator the State of Maryland's unit of sulprence(?) to be directed to said Francis Brown, Thomas Mure and Margaret his wife, George T. McClemmy, John McClemmy & Levin L. Waters admr of Wm. H. Brown of Somerset County aforesaid and Sally Ballard, Mary Ann Hayman, Wesley Orem and Eliza his wife, Charlotte McGoffin and Louis Donaldson and Ellen his wife, of Baltimore City, commanding them and each of them to be in this Court by a certain day to answer the furmises(?) and show cause if any they have, why a decree should not pass as prayed and as in duty bound.1 |
