She was married to Thomas Custis (son of Edmund Custis and Tabitha Scarburgh Whittington) on 24 Jun 1717 in Accomack County, Va.. Thomas Custis was born about 1684 in Accomack County, Va.. He died before 4 Apr 1721 in Accomack County, Va.. Ann Kendall and Thomas Custis had the following children:

She was married to Edmund Allen.

She was married to Col. Henry Custis Sr. (son of Col. John Custis III and Margaret Michael). Col. Henry Custis Sr. was born before 1705 in Northampton County, Va.. He died before 6 Mar 1732 in Accomack County, Va.. Ann Kendall and Col. Henry Custis Sr. had the following children:
