She was married to Esau Jacob (son of John Jacob III and Mary Abdell (?)) on 21 Oct 1789 in Northampton County, Va.. Esau Jacob was born in 1750 in Eastern Shore of Virginia. He died about 1797 in Northampton County, Va.. Margaret Joynes and Esau Jacob had the following children:
