She was married to Major Taylor (son of Bartholomew Taylor Sr. and Patience Addison) on 6 Oct 1787 in Accomack County, Va.. Major Taylor was born before 1766 in Accomack County, Va.. He died before 29 Sep 1798 in Accomack County, Va.. Rachel Addison and Major Taylor had the following children:
