Mary Manlove and Ann Manlove, and soon after died, Mary Manlove soon after m. Thomas Tarrant and Ann Manlove also m. Thomas Nixon of the Town of Dover Kent Co. ... adj. land of John Brinckle, Junr.... 288 a. by virtue of the patent bearing date 16 May 1740 there was surveyed and laid out for Thomas Tarrant and Mary his wife 1/2 of the tract of land in Mispillion Hundred adj. the afsd. tract called Point Look Out (patent Book A, Vol 9:195 at Phila) on Strunt Hill Creek ... 75 a. Mary Walker who m. Luke Manlove beginning at the line of John Killingsworth, dec'd., on s.e. side of Beaverdam Branch, 67 2/3 a. which is our part of the said tract.2
