Land bought*1731He bought land in 1731 at tract A64, Locustville, Accomack Co, VA. William & Rachel Rogers sold 100 acres of this tract to John Green. In 1736 he died intestate, leaving a son (probably his oldest brother) George as heir. (NOTE: This George Green died in 1750 in N'hamp Co and named a grandson George Green, who died intestate in 1755 in N'hamp Co, leaving Peggy Green his admtrx.) In 1786 Patience Taylor, widow of Bartholomew, and Peggy Rodgers, widow of Peter and formerly the widow of George Green, united in a sale to George Garrison for 82 acres.3 
Death*before 1 June 1736He died before 1 June 1736 at tract N126, Exmore, Northampton Co, VA. Apparently Ingould Cobb died without issue and his land went to his sister Alice Green's son John Green Jr. In 1707 the land was not mentioned in the will of John Green Sr. (wife Alice), but in 1736 George Green, eldest surviving son and heir of both his father John Green Sr. and his brother John Green Jr. sold the 150 acres of this tract to Thomas Bell. Apparently Ingould Cobb died without issue and his land went to his sister Alice Green's son John Green Jr. In 1707 the land was not mentioned in the will of John Green Sr. (wife Alice), but in 1736 George Green, eldest surviving son and heir of both his father John Green Sr. and his brother John Green Jr. sold the 150 acres of this tract to Thomas Bell.6 
Land inherited*1736He inherited land in 1736 at tract A64, Locustville, Accomack Co, VA. In 1731 William & Rachel Rogers sold 100 acres of this tract to John Green. In 1736 he died intestate, leaving a son (probably his oldest brother) George as heir. (NOTE: This George Green died in 1750 in N'hamp Co and named a grandson George Green, who died intestate in 1755 in N'hamp Co, leaving Peggy Green his admtrx.) In 1786 Patience Taylor, widow of Bartholomew, and Peggy Rodgers, widow of Peter and formerly the widow of George Green, united in a sale to George Garrison for 82 acres.7
