Beaven, which shall debar them and their heirs from all claim against my estate. (NOTE: Evidently Gunby and Kellam had Beaven had married his daughters, now dec'd.)4 
Will - Father's*30 September 1719John was named in his father's will on 30 September 1719 at Somerset Co, MD. He was shown as son John and given 600 acre dwelling plantation bought of Joseph and James Gray in the will of John Kellam Sr. He was also name Extr and given the residual part of the estate, including 300 acres, the remaining part of Kellams Choice and if he died without issue, then to grandson Joshua and his heirs.1
