Land bought*1790Isma (of Joshua) Wyatt Sr. bought land in 1790 at tract A1, Belle Haven, Acc Co, VA. It was in this year that Arthur Robins III sold 3 parcels: 200 acres in the extreme north-west corner to Isma Wyatt; 60 acres east of Wyatt to Richard Sturgis, which in some way reverted to Robins ownership, as in 1800 Arthur Robins IV resold it to Isma Wyatt; and 200 acres to Richard Cutler, which was south of the above parcels and between a branch and the Belle Haven Station crossroad. Isma Wyatt's original 200 acres were surveyed in 1808 and found to contain only 168 acres, for which Arthur Robins V gave him a new deed. Following the death of Wyatt, in 1827 a son William bought the interests of the other heirs by a deed for 220 acres. The house on this part is called the Henderson Place or Thurder Castle, which may have been built by Wyatt at the time of the 1790 purchase.4
