Mary Francis Carey shows her as Comfort Clifton, but she was not named in her father's will, perhaps because he had already given land to her. Either way, the children are likely the grandchildren of Thomas Clifton.1,3 
Will*5 October 1728Peter made a will on 5 October 1728 at present day Worcester Co, MD. He was shown as Peter Watson Junr and named his wife Comfort; sons Peter, James, Urias and Luke; and daughters Elizabeth, Sarah and Frances.1,3 
Death*before 20 August 1730He died before 20 August 1730 at present-day Worcester Co, MD. It was on this date that his will was probated. When he died he not only owned the 50 acres of Peterson his father had given him, but 300 acres of Blackridge he bought from Daniel Welbourne of Accomack County on 3 Mar 1721 for 4505 pounds of tobacco and two other tracts in Maryland, Falmouth and Crow Land (an island in Assateague Bay) that had been patented by Thomas Clifton and descended to his daughter Comfort, who married Peter Watson Jurnr.4,3
