George Holden became security for payment.2

Land inherited*1922She inherited land in 1922 at tract N43, Eyre Hall, N'hamp Co, VA. It was in this year after the death of Severn Eyre, title passed jointly to his daughter Mary, the wife of W.H. DeCourcy Wright, and to his granddaughter Margaret T., the daughter of his daughter Grace Eyre and her husband Richard B. Taylor, and now the wife of Henry DuP. Baldwin. A survey in this year showed 924 acres left, Severn Eyre having sold 315 acres in 1909 to John W. Nottingham, it being the south part west of the highway. By a family division, Mrs. Wright took the major part of the land while Mrs. Baldwin received the house and adjacent acreage.2
