(NOTE: Since no husband was shown for Ann Melson, her husband was dec'd or he would have signed the deed with her.) On 9 June 1753 a triparte agreement, Tabitha Givans of Accomack Co, VA, daughter of Edmund Ayres, sold to Amaziah Curren and Thomas Robins. On 31 Aug 1759 John Onions and wife Susanna Onions sold 100 aces to Joseph Melson. (NOTE: John Onions was a son of Ann Mary Eyres Onions Melson by her first husband Selby Onions.) On 31 Aug 1759 Joseph Melson and wife Ann Melson sold 143 1/2 aceres to John Onions. (NOTE: Evidently this was some sort of land swap.)4
