Addison, the oldest citizen of this place, died last Saturday at his home, Ingleside, at the age of 88 years. Dr. Addison was well known in this community, where he had made his home for nearly the whole of his long life. For the past year he was failing health, and the last few months was unable to wait on himself. His death was therefore not unexpected, while he had no symptons of the immediate end. The funeral took place Sunday afternoon and the burial was in the garden near the residence. He leaves an aged wife who is an invalid, and a grandson, Mr. Addison Jarvis. His estate is estimated to be worth $25,000. For a number of years past Dr. Addison and his wife lived a quiet and seclusive life at Ingleside. They have many relatives in the county..2,7
