Kelly, equally divided, the lot where I now reside, 20 acres, and 12 acres of woodland known as Bull's Woods. My 2 lots in Onancock to be sold, and the proceeds entered into my estate. To each of my granddaughters, Margaret Susan Bull, Bettie Lilliston, Keziah Hopkins and Mary Fox, children of my dau. Elizabeth Fox, $500. To each of the children of my son Abel G. Kelly $100. W., age 14; Albert J., age 11; & Rebecca, age 7. Also listed was Peter Godfree, a 40 year old black farm laborer & Sarah Garrison, a 15 year old black domestic servant.5 
Will - Father's*1 June 1877Keziah was named in her father's will on 1 June 1877 at Accomack Co, VA. In his will Wescoat Kelly gave dau. Keziah McMath my land called the Lewis land, 103 acres, my land called the Elliott land, 75 acres. To son Abel G. Kelly my farm known as the Read land, 150 acres and my land known as the Mears land, 75 acres. To son George W. Kelly the land I purchased from Ezekiel Bloxom, 25 acres, and also the home place where I was born and raised, 100 acres. My farm where Capt. Golden Fox now resides, 30 acres, to my dau. Elizabeth Fox, wife of said Golden Fox, during her life, and at her death to my grandson Hezekiah Wescoat Fox. To grandsons George W. McMath and Frederick Kelly, son of Abel G. Kelly, equally divided, the lot where I now reside, 20 acres, and 12 acres of woodland known as Bull's Woods. My 2 lots in Onancock to be sold, and the proceeds entered into my estate. To each of my granddaughters, Margaret Susan Bull, Bettie Lilliston, Keziah Hopkins and Mary Fox, children of my dau. Elizabeth Fox, $500. To each of the children of my son Abel G. Kelly $100. To Alfred and Rebecca McMath, children of my dau. Keziah McMath, each $100. To each of the children of my son George W. Kelly, $100. To dau. Elizabeth Fox $500 during her life, and then to her children. To my sister, Rachel Savage, $50 per annum, during her natural life, to be paid to her quarterly. I direct that my executors, out of my estate, to have erected a family grave yard on the land above given to my son George W. Kelly for the benefit of all my children and their descendents. Rest and Residue to be equally divided between George W. Kelly, Abel G. Kelly and Keziah McMath. Son Abel G. Kelly and grandson George W. McMath, execs. Wit: Nathaniel Beloate, Upshur B. Quinby. Will - Husb's*19 December 1887Keziah was named in her husband's will on 19 December 1887 at Accomack Co, VA. In his will John P. McMath gave to my wife Kezia A. McMath and her heirs forever, all my moveable property. To daughter Mary Ellen Mears $500. To son George W. McMath my farm at the Cross Road on the west side of the rail road containing 65 acres. To son Albert J. McMath my farm at Onley Station containing 60 acres. To daughter Rebecca Lee Broughton $1,000. My house and lot at Powetton to be sold and the proceeds equally divided between my sons George W. and Albert J. and daughter Rebecca Lee Broughton. Execs. George W. McMath and Albert J. McMath. Wit: Wm. P. Goffigon, John A. Goffigon. Proved 27 Jan 1890.7 
Will - Son's*30 August 1890Keziah was named in her son's will on 30 August 1890 at Accomack Co, VA. In his will George W. McMath directed that whereas my three youngest children are not included in my $3000 life insurance policy, I hereby give to my three youngest daughters, Mammie Dunton, Pearl and Ida the baby the sum of $1000 each and direct my executor with the consent of my mother Kissia A. McMath and my wife Margaret D. McMath to have the farm where I reside at Onley Station laid out in streets and sold off in lots. I direct my executor to pay to building com. Of Church at Onley Station the sum of $100. Exec. Albert J. McMath. Proved 29 Sep 1890. John Grant and John W. Edmonds swore to the handwriting, there being no witness. Sureties Abel G. Kelly, George W. LeCato.8 
Death*16 January 1908She died on 16 January 1908 at Onley, Accomack Co, VA, at age 87. Mrs. Kizzie McMath died 16 Jan 1908, aged about 80, the relict of the late John R. McMath. She died at the home of son A. J. McMath. Interment in Mt. Holly Cemetery - Survived by a son, above, and a daughter, Mrs. William T. Broughton - Onley - PE 25 Jan 1908.3,9 
Burial*Keziah was buried at Mt. Holly Cemetery, Onancock, Acc Co, VA. Her tombstone shows her as Kissia A. McMath, wife of J.P., 16 Sep 1820 - 16 Jan 1908.3
