Bagwell dec'd. To have and to hold the said two fifths of all the undivided tract of land containing by estimation Fifty acres be the same more or less with the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders, ??? issues?, and profits and all and singular the rights, members?, priviliges and appurtenances to the said belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the estate right title and interest of them the said Southey W.
