To daughter Margaret Susan the land whereon I now reside containing 40 acres. To daughter Mary Henry 38 acres adjoining the lands I gave to daughter Elizabeth Ann & of James Kellam & others it being the same which my former wife Nancy derived from her grandfather William Boggs under his will & also my Negro boy Elijah. If my daughters Elizabeth Ann & Margaret Susan dispossess my daughter Mary Henry of any part of the land herein given to her, as being the heirs of their mother Nancy, who as aforesaid derived the same from her grandfather William Boggs, then my daughter Mary Henry shall be fully indemnified out of the land I have herein given to Elizabeth Anne & Margaret Susan.
