Will - Father's*3 February 1750Littleton was named in his father's will on 3 February 1750 at Accomack Co, VA. He was also determined to be the heir at law at probate, so he was probably the oldest son..1
Land inherited*1751He inherited land in 1751 at tract A13, between Belle Haven & Craddockville, Accomack Co, VA. In 1708 Daniel Sullivant of Stafford County sold his 125 acres to Robert Watson and at the same time the widow of Dormand Silivant, now Elizabeth Hews, also of Stafford, sold to Watson her dower rights in the whole 250 acres. In 1709 Robert Watson left the whole 250 acres to his sons Robert and Peter. In 1711 Peter Watson sold his 125 acres to Dorman Sullivant. This seems strange, as Dormand had never sold his part to the father Robert Watson, so legally it should have been still his. A little later he and Robert Watson Jr., formally divided the 250 acres, but two years later (1713) Dorman Silivant, Inn dweller, sold his 125 acres to Robert Watson, Turner, so it was all together again. In 1751 Robert Watson left the 250 acres to sons Littleton and Robert, the latter to have the home place on the creek.3
Land sold*1791He sold land in 1791 at tract A13, between Belle Haven & Craddockville, Accomack Co, VA. Littleton and Hannah Watson of Middlesex sold as 97 acres to George Dunton, saying it was claimed that Isaac Dunton, father of George, had formerly bought from Watson.2

It was also noted that about 3 years after the deed of 1724, Edmund moved from Accomack County to Sussex County where he continued to live until his death about 5 years ago. (Note: This would have put his death at about 1757.) The said Edmund left issue his son Edward, the lessor of the plaintiff, his only son & heir at law. In addition to the land cause information, Whitelaw adds that in 1717 Edward Bayly (wife not named) left to his sons Edmund, John and Robert; John disappears from the records, and later on Edmund and Robert disposed of more land than they were supposed to inherit. In 1724 Edmond Bayly sold his own inheritance as 133 1/3 acres to Daniel Shae, and the next year Edmond and Elenor Bayly joined with his brother Robert in a sale of the John and Robert parts to Shae. At the same time they sold as excess of 83 acres to William Lucas Jr..3,2
