Will - Father's*1 May 1719Charles was named in his father's will on 1 May 1719 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as son Charles in the will of Thomas Stockly, wife Hannah. He was given my plantation where I now live at the head of Assawoman Creek..1
Death*1743Charles died in 1743 at Accomack Co, VA. According to Whitelaw, Charles Stockley left his plantation to a son Joseph, giving the acreage as 370 acres, so it must have been the orginial Thomas' part. In 1752 an Alexander Stockley sold 335 acres of the same land to a Thomas Stockley, but the deed did not bring out the former's title, nor the family position of the latter. (NOTE: This will is not in Notthingham's will book. He may have died before 30 Nov 1739 since he was not named in Hannah's will of that date.)2

Birth*1845William was born in 1845 at Accomack Co, VA. The 1850 census puts his birth at 1839 and the 1860 census puts it at 1842 and his tombstone shows 1845..1
Census w/another1850William was listed with another family in the census of in 1850 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. He may have been the "Thos Bundick" age 11 in HH#632, headed by Nath'l Kellam, age 62 and a farmer with real estate valued at $2,000. This family was listed next to Samuel Bundick, age 45 and a laborer. This Thomas may have been a son of Samuel's, but no other proof of Samuel having a son named Thomas has been found..2
Census w/another*1860William was listed with another family in the census of in 1860 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was age 18, living in HH#558 with Joshua Parker, age 67 and a farmer. His mother Matilda Bundick, age 30, was also in this household. This is the only William Bundick in the 1860 Acc Co who has not been connected to some other line. Further evidence indicating this is that his daughter Susie, age 2 in 1870 census, and called Susan, age 12 in 1880 census, was listed as Matilda S. Bundick, daughter of William and Nancy Bundick, when she married William C. Kellam in 1884 in Acc Co..3
Marriage*circa 1865He married Nancy Payne, daughter of William Payne and Euphemia (-----), circa 1865.1
