Wise dec'd containing 234 acres & $1,294.66 & if my daughter dies without heirs, then to my daughter Betsey Mister. In 1813 John and Sophia Arlington sold this part of this tract to William P. Moore and six years later (1819), he and his wife Tabitha sold this their home place to William Mister. The deed shows: William P. Moore & Tabitha his wife sold to William Mister Senior for $3,750 the land where William P. More at present resides and bounded on the North West by the Mrs. Rosey Harmon(?), on the South by John S. Kershires(?), north by Zorobable Kellam and Pungoteague Creek containing 150 acres, being the lands which the said William P. Moore purchased of John Arlington laying on the south side of Pungoteague Creek and with an exception of a small piece deeded heretofore at the upend of said lands for a public school house and all interest deeded by John Arlington in a house and lot held by Mrs. Outten for dower, also 4 acres of land laying at the Bull branch bounded as follows: starting at the Oak dividing from Henry Parker land and to run down the road so far as by a strait line back to Henry Parker land as to contain the aforesaid 4 acres.
