Dunton my plantation or tract of land called Lewis Town. But if my said grandson David A Dunton should die then I give the said plantation to be equally divided among the children of my deceased daughter Nancy Dunton. I give to my grandson George B. Dunton sixteen hundred dollars in cash. I give to Nancy Smith, widow of John Smith one hundred dollars in cash. The balance of my estate real and personal I give to my grandchildren Lavinia W.
