To my son Jonathan Laws all the lands that I am now possessed with by whatsoever name or names the same my be called execpt a place one pole wide from my son William Laws land to be laid off along the division line between me & my son Elijah Laws to the county road which said piece of land of one pole wide I give to my son William Laws for the privilege of a road the remainder of my lands as above said to my son Jonathan Laws.
