My will and desire is that all my lands not before given lying to the westward of the road where Mr. Isaac Bratten now lives should be sold and the money arising from the sale of the land to be equally divided between my children; Peggy Garrison Dunton, Benjamin Floyd Dunton, Suckey Gascoins Dunton, Henry Gascoins Dunton and the child that my wife is now pregnant with and my loving wife Molley Dunton to have an equal part with my children above mentioned in lieu of her dower on the said land.
